The top row of the large photo contains the 3 colors that I’m mixing with the featured color on the far right. The bottom 3 colors are the colors mixes created by mixing the color directly above with equal portions (1:1) of the featured color.

Last week I featured neutrals as the mixers, so this week I went with some of the bolder Soufflé™ colors and they didn’t disappoint.

I really like how the Soufflé™ Glacier 1:1 mix with Soufflé™ Pumpkin created a weathered terra cotta tone. I can definitely see myself using this mix, especially with Sea Glass, Ivory or even Wild Orchid.

The Soufflé™ Canary/Glacier 1:1 mix was a bit of a surprise to me. I didn’t expect that the bluish tone of the Glacier would be strong enough to mix to a love “new leaf” green tone.

Now the Soufflé™ Cowboy/Glacier mix is exactly what I hoped to happen! As a big fan of the old Soufflé™ Mocha as a background color (especially for multicolored silkscreens) I was super happy to see this mix!

And check out all 3 of those mixes with the Glacier color – a mid-century vibe there for sure..
